Here is what I promise you if you sell your home with me:
- I will make your home sale my priority! I am Experienced, Professional, and Result Oriented Yet Sensibly Down to Earth. I know the needs of seniors and will love working with you!
- Your 'money' is a factor! I believe I am worth every dime spent to hire me as your Professional and I believe I offer every marketing tool available today. My commission is negotiable and I will discuss with you at our listing meeting exactly how the buyer's agent will be paid as there are some recent legal issues involving paying the buyer's agent and I want you to understand the altenatives that are available to you. Depending on the selling price of your home, you could save thousands of dollars by using me as your agent.
- Professional pictures of your home will be taken and I can even help you find local help with moving, cleaning and even getting rid of a lot of items in your home that you will not take to a new place.
- I (or someone in my office) can help stage your home and if your home becomes empty during our listing time, we can even use a digital format to place furniture in your rooms to show what the room would look like with furniture!
- Your property will be advertised on Zillow, Realtor.com, Homes.com and all the big websites plus all local brokerage websites that use the IDX system and it will be featured on all social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook and more.
- My sellers sign an Exclusive Right to Sell Listing Agreement with me - but I do want you to know that my entire office works for all of our Sellers and we use a team concept and all help each other in marketing our listings!
- I also have an experienced real estate attorney on my team that helps me answer any small issues that arise and can direct someone to help in any probate issues.
